Part-time, permanent role (18.5 hours per week, 0.5 FTE)

As part of our expansion, we are recruiting for a Lecturer in Film Studies (0.5 FTE) in the School of Humanities, Religion and Philosophy. The School combines excellent teaching and learning, an inclusive ethos, and a flourishing research culture. We are looking for an enthusiastic lecturer capable of teaching across the remit of Film and Media Studies. In particular, applicants should demonstrate an ability to contribute to the teaching modules such as 'Popular Genres', 'Media, Culture and Society', 'Media Research', 'Gender and Sexualities', 'Cinema and Society', and 'Writing the Media'. They should be able to supervise undergraduate dissertations.
