Salary: Grade 4, £19,202 - £22,017 per annum.
This post is full time, 35 hours per week: Monday - Friday, 08:30 -16:30.
You will provide effective and efficient administrative support to a centralised Operations/Stores facility within the College of Medical Veterinary and Life Sciences (MVLS), focussed on providing high level of service to stakeholders and develop a culture of continuous improvement.
In addition you will be expected to support the Operations/Stores Manager and Operations Co-ordinator in ensuring optimum service standards are delivered to the various user groups within the College/University. They will have a clear understanding of users’ needs, processing requirements and the University procedures in relation to accounting and transaction management.
