The Wellness Coordinator will be a member of the Sports Performance team to deliver comprehensive psychological services and wellness behavioral counseling services for the University of Pennsylvania student-athletes. The Wellness Coordinator will have a wide range of clinical and administrative responsibilities including treatment plans and interventions ranging from debilitating emotional distress to optimization of performance. The Wellness Coordinator will provide services for teams, coaches and individuals, and work closely with other Campus Partners such as Student Health, Sports Medicine, Student-Athlete Development and Counseling and Psychological Services.

A Master’s Degree or more in Counseling or Clinical Psychology or Social Work, and 3 years to 5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Previous work experience with college students, preferably with college student athletes. State license in field of practice and/or clinical experience in higher education or other related performance setting are preferred.
