You are an IT Professional with knowledge of IT Service Management applications such as Heat, Service Now or Remedy, or other workflow-based applications.
You get a sense of achievement from helping colleagues get the most from IT services and you are passionate about continuous service improvement.
You use your strong analytical skills to identify root cause and solutions for Incidents and Problem
You’re a strong team player who has a good track record of building excellent working relationships with colleagues inside and outside your department.
You are keen to develop your knowledge of Service Management and application support.
