We work to advance and strengthen our university brand and raise awareness of Charles Darwin University through advertising campaigns and the website. We attract prospective students through a range of events and engagement activities, and reinforce the university’s relevance in the lives of key target audiences through strategic brand stewardship. Enhanced communications and relationships with students are fostered through the university’s Customer Relationship Management function and systems.

As Marketing Automation Project Manager, you will be responsible for procuring and successfully transitioning to a live and operational marketing automation system that best suits the business requirements of CDU. This will require you to develop a detailed project plan and delivery schedule, conduct extensive consultation with internal stakeholders and students, recruit a Marketing Automation team, and lead change management communications and activities with affected teams across the university. It will also be critical to ensure that the procured system complements other CDU technology and infrastructure.

Completion of a degree in Marketing or Information Technology with extensive experience or an equivalent combination of relevant training/education and experience is essential. Experience working with CRMs/databases and familiarity with marketing automation system deliverables and capabilities will be fundamental to your success.
