The Division of Psychology and Mental Health houses the BSc Psychology programme. We are looking for an Assessment Administrator to work within our PSS team to focus primarily on the efficient and effective administration of student examinations, assessment and programme support.

The post holder will be responsible for the day to day supervision of the examination and assessment assistant – ensuring workloads are managed and tasks delegated where appropriate. You will be responsible for all formal boards and meetings including assessment, progression and completion examination boards.

With excellent organisation skills and attention to detail, you will coordinate the distribution of exam papers and coursework, working with both internal and external colleagues.

You should have a good standard level of education, preferably GCSEs (or equivalent) including passes in English and Maths grade C or above. You will also have previous administrative experience within Higher Education and excellent IT, interpersonal and communication skills.
