The university has recently opened its new campus facility located near the Barbican Centre in the city of London. The Campus Administrator will join a small but dynamic team at York St John University’s new university campus in London.  The successful candidate will be highly-organised, resilient to pressure, and able to show commitment to high-quality support for staff of a wide range of seniority. Candidates must have a keen eye for detail and be able to deliver work accurately and to a high standard.  The is a new position and the role is expected to be all encompassing requiring the Campus Administrator to be confident and flexible and able to adapt to a growing and evolving workload. The position holder will be a key focal point of contact interacting with colleagues in both London and York providing an effective, efficient and professional administrative support function at the York St John campus in London. Support and training will be provided however, the Campus Administrator will be required to work on their own initiative and develop and adapt processes and procedures to enhance the working environment.  

As a member of the team in London, the Campus Administrator will be enthusiastic, positive and reliable using key skills to deliver exceptional administrative support to colleagues, students and visitors to the campus.  This role is diverse and input into various activities and event delivery will be required. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to inspire and shape the development of the new campus and the experience gained in this role will undoubtedly build on skills and develop potential.
