Applications are invited for a part-time (0.6 FTE) Research Fellow on a fixed-term contract of 12 months with flexible working time, starting between September and November 2018. The role will involve supporting Nurse, Midwife and Allied Health Professional (NMAHP) researchers who are building research capacity and capability across Barts Health NHS Trust. The post will be based in the Department of Adult Nursing and Paramedic Science at the University of Greenwich working with Dr Sharon Marie Weldon & Dr Lesley Dibley in collaboration with other researchers at Barts Health NHS Trust. The work will involve administrative support to the NMAHP Research Hub in the form of taking and disseminating meeting minutes, writing meeting agendas, audit data retrieval and organisation, as well as triaging queries from an online e-contact from to the appropriate person. The role would be particularly suitable for someone wishing to advance their administrative and project management skills. Those with an interest in healthcare research would find this role particularly interesting.

You should have a good honours degree (health related discipline would be an advantage but not essential), and have strong administrative, organisation and interpersonal skills.
