Duties    

Maintain integrity of the dental chairs and laboratories. Model professional behavior/conduct. Act professionally & calmly at all times; Treat all people respectfully; Take personal responsibility for correcting problems; Follow up to ensure satisfaction with the level of service they have received. Collect Penn Dental Medicine dental materials, and supplies from the operatories. Work effectively and consistently with Penn community (e.g., students, faculty,
staff), Remain calm in stressful situations; Consistently demonstrate pleasant & respectful disposition that puts people at ease. Proactively identify issues with
supervisor/mgr. Under general supervision of Restorative Services Department leaders/supervisors the Clerk A will focus on efficiently and accurately cleaning suction lines. Take responsibility for all work activities; Implement decisions that have been agreed upon; Maintain confidentiality with sensitive info at all times.

Qualifications    

A High School Diploma or GED and 0 to 1 year of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
