School/Center Overview    

The Division of Finance is responsible for an array of centralized financial functions of the University. Our various departments are responsible for administrative services that support financial accounting and disbursement activities, research administration, external and internal investments, cash and debt management, risk management and student registration and financial aid. http://www.finance.upenn.edu/default.asp

Duties    

Provide pre-award and post-award non-financial administration for designated PI/School /Department and Centers. Negotiate terms and conditions of awards. Review terms and conditions of awards to ensure compliance with University policies, federal and other sponsor guidelines. Generate and negotiate subawards as required ensuring terms and conditions are compliant with prime award terms and conditions. Manage the review and negotiation of non-monetary agreements.

Qualifications    

A Bachelor’s Degree and 3 years to 5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

Ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of sponsored program or contract experience. Experience in a University setting is a plus.
