Chancellors Hotel is comprised of a Grade II listed manor house and overlooks five acres of private gardens, providing a relaxed, scenic and picturesque setting that is especially ideal if you are looking for wedding venues in Manchester, or a lavish conference hotel for an important business event.
The hotel comprises of 72 bedrooms, bar, conservatory, lounge, restaurant and 9 meeting and event spaces. It is a commercially sustainable business which embraces the ‘Chancellors Means Business’ ethos and vision of:

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to undertake the operational management of catering and hospitality (food and beverage) within the hotel. You will lead the team to the highest attainable standards in the provision of excellent facilities, product/brand quality and customer service.
The post includes undertaking effective recruitment and development and performance management of the team whilst undertaking additional guidance form HR colleagues as required. The successful candidate will liaise with other departmental managers to ensure statuary compliance and innovative product development. They will lead the team towards high standards of hospitality and service.

Applicants must be qualified to QCF Level 4 with Hospitality service and management skills gained in a similar environment. S/he must have a working knowledge of operational statutory compliance. The successful candidate must be IT literate with a thorough understanding of administration and financial responsibilities, including stock and related cost control. Sound written and verbal communication skills are an essential requirement for this role.
