Our HR Partnership teams partner with their client group to embed strategic initiatives and enable the optimum development of people capability within the University.
This is delivered through strong relationships with key stakeholders; management of people strategies and plans; addressing systemic and individual staffing issues; promoting performance management and career planning; coaching and developing managerial expertise and providing support. They also act as an interface with the Workplace Relations team in resolving significant industrial relations issues and delivering effective change processes.
We are seeking a forward thinking, dynamic and innovative HR advisor to join the HR Partnership team. The appointee will be expected to assist the Senior HR Partner to proactively support managers in developing their capacity to deliver people management as an essential element in the development of a culture, where performance and excellence are delivered through adherence to University values.
The HR Advisor is responsible for the provision of HR operational support to clients, including the development of position descriptions, management of probations, leave reporting and management, staff employment variations, performance management administration and reporting, and other actions based on HR data and operational requests. The HR Advisor is fundamental in ensuring their clients achieve their HR operational plans and targets.
The Position is currently based in Werrington but will be relocated to Hawkesbury in 2019.
A Driver's Licence is essential for travel between the University sites.
Remuneration Package: HEW Level 7 $101,964 to $110,022 p.a. (comprising salary $86,161 to $92,970 plus 17% Superannuation, plus Leave Loading), Flexible Work Provisions, Salary Packaging Options and many other benefits.
