Primary function of this position is to support the faculty and business administration for financial related transactions within the Division of Nephrology. Generate monthly reports and reconciles these accounts by obtaining all back-up for charges, handling waywards, creating and closing purchase orders, addressing open encumbrances, serve as a delegate for travel reimbursements and communicating with Manager of Admin and Finance and GM’s with questions/concerns about those accounts.

High School Diploma and 5 years to 7 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
