Applications are invited for the position of Lecturer (Teaching Focused) or Senior Lecturer (Teaching Focused) in Organization Studies (OS) and/or Human resource Management (HRM) to contribute to high quality teaching at Undergraduate and Postgraduate levels in these areas. The successful candidate will have the knowledge and ability to lead and teach general courses within OS and/or HRM, and also to offer specialist teaching, ideally in leadership and/or innovation and/or organizational change. The successful candidate will join the OSHRM subject group and will help to consolidate and advance the Group’s and the School’s strong national and international standing.
Applicants are expected to have experience of, and excellence in, teaching in the subject area along with, for appointment at SL level, experience of course leadership and design and excellent leadership skills.
This is a full-time permanent post, available immediately. This post is based in Egham, Surrey where the College is situated in a beautiful, leafy campus near to Windsor Great Park and within commuting distance from London. The post may involve some overseas teaching, with Singapore being the most likely location for this.
