SENIOR PROJECT MANAGERMIT Investment Management Company (MITIMCo)-Operations Department, to manage large-scale, cross-functional projects. Will define project objectives and benefits and play a key role in working with the CFO, senior managers, and stakeholders in prioritizing projects considering the balance of time, scope, and resources. Once approved, will be responsible for the completion of all aspects of the project including business analysis, technical specifications, and navigating key stakeholder relationships.  Will be required to execute each function with a particular focus on business analysis and data science, as well as with guiding and supporting other project managers within the team.

Job Requirements

REQUIRED:  bachelor’s degree in finance, business, computer science, or related area; at least eight years’ proven project management experience in the investment management industry, including managing projects through the entire life cycle; domain expertise across the investment operations space, with special focus on reference data and master data management; experience in full-lifecycle technology and process change, including hands-on work with technology groups and IT implementations; exposure to multiple modes of visualization methods to deliver information to users; vendor management experience that includes success completing complex deliveries with interfacing teams across different departments, and managing scope with dynamic requirements and priorities; ability to build relationships in diverse environments and to work independently under pressure and to tight deadlines; experience using (and staying current with) key foundational project management tools to enable effective program status reporting, performance reporting, and project dashboards; comfort with an Agile framework; experience cleaning, extracting, analyzing, and validating data; experience prototyping; and strong strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills.  Experience with Tableau and SQL preferred.
