The opportunity

Reporting to the Vice President (Corporate Services), Griffith seeks an outstanding Director, Corporate Services Transformation to lead a multi-year program of work in delivering transformational activities for the division. The role will provide a high level of expertise and proficiency and will be a significant enabler of change in improving efficiency and effectiveness, with a primary focus to support and ensure the execution and delivery of the strategic plan and its key strategic objectives.

About you

You will have a proven track record leading and delivering large scale, complex organisational change, with relevant qualifications, ideally at a postgraduate level. Your advanced knowledge of contemporary transformational practice should be complemented by your exceptional stakeholder and team management skills and your ability to influence and negotiate.

This is a full-time role, fixed term (5 years) based at the Nathan campus.

Salary range
