With experience of working in a busy office environment, you will have excellent organisational and prioritisation skills and the ability to use your own initiative to apply sound judgement. The ability to work as part of a team, using excellent oral and written communication skills to ensure accuracy of data and documents is essential as is a proactive and efficient approach to ensuring that tasks are completed within agreed deadlines and to a high standard.
About the Role
You will take responsibility for general administrative duties and develop, implement and maintain efficient, effective and professional administrative systems. You will contribute to a range of processes including procurement and ordering, supporting committees, arranging meetings, providing PA support to the Director and Head of Department, and updating the unit website.
