This position is responsible for providing administrative support for multiple senior level directors and their divisions within the Center for Cellular immunotherapies(CCI). This position assures the smooth operation of day-to-day business and administrative needs for these divisions. The position is to support several layers of the CCI infrastructure with 80 scientists and staff concentrating on the PDCS, PDL, TCSL, Facilities and CVPF divisions. Support will include but will not be limited to: calendar management, coordination of complex travel arrangements, compilation and submission of expense reports, organization and facilitation of meetings. Hosting guests including off-site retreats and other events, and recording and distribution of meeting minutes. They will manage each divisions purchasing through ben buys and the maintenance of supplies, filing of documentation, emailing, scanning, faxing closely working with the business office to ensure proper procedures are being followed.

  • A High School Diploma and 5 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • Effective problem solving abilities, effective communication and writing skills, and detail oriented.
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel)
