Programme Administrator x 1 full time

Salary: £26,936 to £30,627 pa inclusive of London Weighting Allowance

We are looking for a Programme Administrator to work within the Academic Services team. This role is based in the Department Office which supports Social Sciences, English and Creative Writing and Media, Culture and Language. It is essential that candidates have previous experience of Higher Education administration, and have supported academic programmes through the academic cycle.

You will contribute to the provision of an efficient, effective, accurate and responsive administrative support service to all UG and PG academic programmes, collaborative partners, students and staff.

You will be expected to have a good level understanding of the student-related academic cycle in higher education and related administrative processes, have positive liaison skills and a service oriented approach.

This is an exciting time for the University; our new £35m state-of-the art library has just opened and we are continuing to develop a number of external partnerships across the globe.
