The Office of the Pro Vice-Chancellor Learning Transformations is seeking to appoint a Process Analyst in the Placements Hub. The Placements Hub provides support and prepares for the significant growth to work integrated learning and placements that will result from the 21st Century Curriculum Strategy.

The Process Analyst is a limited duration role that will drive the ongoing roll out of the University’s student placement management system (InPlace) across the University. You will be required to work with Schools and discipline representatives to review, identify and evaluate placement business requirements, formulate processed and procedures, and work with our Information Technology teams to design and modify requirements. You will have demonstrated expertise in process improvement, project management, change management and policy development & governance.

You will help to ensure that InPlace can be best configured to meet the needs of the University, by liaising with and managing relationships with Deans, School Managers, Academics and other University staff to understand system issues and requirements.

This is a full-time, fixed-term appointment until 12th August 2020, based at the Campbelltown campus.

Remuneration Package: HEW Level 7 - $101,964 to $110,022 p.a. (comprising base salary $86,161 to $92,970 p.a., 17% Superannuation and Leave Loading).
