We’re busy making things better for the customers of the University’s shared HR Service, whether they’re one of our 12,000 employees, or 40,000 candidates who apply for our jobs each year.

Applications are invited for two HR Systems Administrators in the HR Systems Team. You will support the delivery of a number of key activities in the HR Systems function - undertaking ResourceLink systems administration duties. This will include providing system-wide expertise on ResourceLink, supporting the delivery of the University’s Higher Education Statistics Agency (HESA) Staff return, providing user support, producing management information and assisting in the day to day supervision of colleagues in HR Systems.

We’re looking for someone with advanced Excel skills and experience in the use of ResourceLink (or other integrated HR/Payroll systems) and data extraction tools for data manipulation and reporting. You’ll need to bring a detail-oriented approach to work and be able to maintain high levels of accuracy when working to tight deadlines. You’ll also have excellent communication skills and be a genuine team player.

When you’re with us, you’re not only working for the University, you’re working for people in our local communities and beyond, who benefit from our teaching, research and social responsibility. Here, no matter what your role or responsibilities, everyone works together with one common goal: to make great things happen. So join us, and take pride in the part you play.
