This post is Part Time (22.5 hours) and Fixed Term (18 months).
To provide reception services and associated administration of the front-desk, including welcome service, professionally greeting staff, visitors, students and users of the building, providing assistance, directions and information.
The post-holder will be required to provide cover at any of the University’s receptions, as required.
The Reception Helpdesk team is responsible for providing a ‘one-stop shop’ for reception and telephony services and many University related queries, including: maintenance; cleaning etc.
The working week will be five days out of seven, primarily Monday to Friday on a rotational basis of mornings one week and afternoons the next. This will include evening and weekends, as business demands.
