An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and capable individual with good administrative skills to take on the role of Organisational Development Administrator within the Human Resources Department.
You will be involved in supporting a wide range of OD activities relating to learning and development, equalities and diversity and staff engagement at the College, and provide administrative support for the College’s open training programme for staff. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience within a busy OD department.
The post is fixed term and full time initially until 31 December 2018, with the possibility of extension to 30 September 2019. It is based in Egham, Surrey, where the College is situated in a beautiful, leafy campus near to Windsor Great Park and within commuting distance from London.
