CLINICAL INTERVIEW SESSION - MEDICAL ASSISTANT, CERTIFIED (CMA/RMA) and MLPN
PDC will be hosting an interview session for Medical Assistant, Certified & MLPN’s on Tuesday, October 30th from 2:30pm - 4:30pm.
**We have multiple Medical Assistant, Certified (CMA/RMA) and Licensed Practical Nurse (MLPN) positions available located in Wake and Durham Counties.**
CMA/RMA: Certification through AMT or AAMA is required.
MLPN: Current compact or NC PN Licensure is required.
The Private Diagnostic Clinic (PDC) is the faculty physician practice for Duke Health. The PDC owns and operates more than 70 primary and specialty care clinics in 10 counties in central and eastern North Carolina and southern Virginia.

This is a qualifying interview with the PDC HR Team.
The interview process consists of three steps. In order to be considered for an interview, you must do the following:
- Apply to the Requisition with an up-to-date resume to include required certifications.
- Should you be selected, a member of Central HR will contact you to schedule a preliminary interview. Once you are confirmed, you will receive an email with a confirmed time and location for your interview.
- You may be selected by PDC HR to move on to a second round of interviews with PDC Hiring Managers.
Please note, there are a limited number of interview spots. There will be additional interview sessions will be held in the future.

Medical Assistant, Certified
Level I -- Graduation from accredited Medical Assistant program strongly preferred. High school or GED graduation required. Level II -- Graduation from a medical assistant program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP) or the Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools (ABHES) strongly preferred. High school or GED graduation required.
Level III -- Graduation from a medical assistant program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP) or the Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools (ABHES) strongly preferred. High school or GED graduation required
Level I -- No experience required.
Level II -- Must have at least 1 year of clinical experience as a Medical Assistant in a clinical setting.
Level III -- Must have at least 3 years of clinical experience as a Medical Assistant in a clinical setting. Note: 1 year of experience will be provided for an Associate degree in Medical Assisting.
General Ladder Statement: In addition to the education and experience noted, applicants must meet all requirements set forth in the Medical Assistant, Certified (CMA/RMA) Ladder Program document for Levels II and III.
Certification through AMT or AAMA is required.
Work requires graduation from an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse program and successful completion of an approved Pharmacology program.
No experience required.
Current State of North Carolina LPN licensure is required.
