CLINICAL INTERVIEW SESSION - Ambulatory Care Nurse (RN)

PDC will be hosting an interview session for RN's on Tuesday, October 30th from 2:30 pm - 4:30 pm. 

**We have multiple Registered Nurse (RN) positions available located in Wake and Durham Counties.**

RN: Current compact or NC RN Licensure is required. 

The Private Diagnostic Clinic (PDC) is the faculty physician practice for Duke Health. The PDC owns and operates more than 70 primary and specialty care clinics in 10 counties in central and eastern North Carolina and southern Virginia.

This is a qualifying interview with the PDC HR Team.  

​The interview process consists of four steps. In order to be considered for an interview, you must do the following:

  1. Apply to the Requisition with an up-to-date resume to include required certifications.
  2. A member of Central HR will contact you to conduct a phone screen should you be selected.
  3. If confirmed, you will receive an email with the time and location for your interview.
  4. Interviews will be with a member of the PDC HR Team. 

Please note, there are a limited number of interview spots. There will be additional interview sessions will be held in the future.

Minimum Qualifications

Education

Work requires graduation from an accredited BSN or Associate's Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program. All registered nurses without a Bachelor's degree in Nursing (or higher) will be required to enroll in an appropriate BSN program within two years of their start date and to complete the program within five years of their start date.

Experience

Twelve months of appropriate clinical experience is required. At a manager's discretion, employees with 6 months of experience who are exceptional performers may be eligible for this level.

Licensure/ Certification

Must have current or compact RN licensure in the state of North Carolina.
BLS required.
