The Higher Education Progression Partnership South Yorkshire Plus (HEPPSY+) is part of the National Collaborative Outreach Programme, a government funded widening participation initiative to work with a wide range of external partners and young people to improve progression to higher education from socially disadvantaged areas in the Sheffield City Region.
HEPPSY+ and partners have an excellent reputation for delivering high quality outreach and widening participation activities.
This is a great opportunity to be part of a dedicated team working on an initiative that will make a real difference, ensuring that significantly more people in the region progress into higher education, and improving the lives of young people from underprivileged backgrounds.
- provide administrative support to the HEPPSY+ team
- provide administrative support for events and preparation of materials, stakeholder management, data input and maintenance, general office administration duties and some meeting support
You will have excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills, a positive and flexible approach, and be able to work independently and as part of a team. You will need to be able to demonstrate excellent team working and communication skills and a strong stakeholder focus. Experience of working proactively in an administrative environment is essential for the role.
Working within a small project team, there will be opportunities to contribute to the further development of the partnership.
