HR Services Delivery Supervisor

Become a key member of the HR Services team accountable for the management and leadership of the Service Delivery team and manage the accurate and timely production of the University payroll and HR data reporting framework to enable effective, timely reporting to assist decision makers across the University.
The University employs in excess of 2,500 permanent and fixed term staff in a diverse range of professional and academic occupational groups and modes of employment. The HR Services Unit provides client focused services to all of the University’s staff, and has primary responsibility for the management of HR technology systems, HR data reporting and information analysis, and delivering to all university staff their employment conditions and entitlements.
This position will manage a small team which includes the payroll services officers, and the HR Business Analyst. In addition the position is responsible for running service delivery related projects to improve the customer experience and streamline business processes.
