The School of Health and Biomedical Sciences comprises three Academic Clusters (Allied Health, Applied Health, and Biomedical Sciences) Primarily based at the RMIT Bundoora campus, the School undertakes teaching and research across ten disciplines: Chinese Medicine, Chiropractic, Exercise Science, Human Biosciences, Laboratory Medicine, Medical Radiations, Nursing, Osteopathy, Pharmacy, and Psychology.

The Role and Responsibilities

The position comprises 0.5FTE to provide leadership in Clinical Education with the other 0.5FTE as an academic staff member in a discipline within the School. Reporting to the Deputy Dean Learning and Teaching, the Senior Lecturer / Associate Professor will provide leadership in the area of quality clinical education across the School with a focus on producing work ready health professional graduates.

You will also make a significant contribution to the School by leading the pedagogic development of clinical education and implementation of clinical teaching across relevant disciplines.

Skills & Experience Required

You will have demonstrated experience in leading and developing innovative clinical teaching across multiple clinical disciplines. An ability to coordinate, prepare and deliver high quality curriculum and materials at undergraduate and post-graduate levels, within large courses and/or programs will be essential to your success in the role.
