Salary: £14.02 per hour
Contract: Fixed term
Start Date: 24th September 2018 to 9th December 2018 and 14th January 2019 to 17th March 2019

St Mary’s is a high performance centre for sport and aims to maximise student engagement in sporting activity by increasing participation and sporting excellence, utilising the World Class Sports facilities. St Mary’s have recently developed a Strategy for Student Sport and aims to become a top performing British University & Colleges Sport (BUCS) institution.
The badminton club is a small club made up of one men’s and one women’s team who both compete in BUCS. The women’s team have just been competed in tier 2 for BUCS and the men’s team compete in tier 5. The coach will be required to deliver 1 session a week which should be focussed on growing the number of players within the club and supporting team players to progress to the next level. We are looking for an experienced coach who has the ability to grow a badminton programme, increasing participation and supporting players to improve their performance.
