Post-doctoral Fellow in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology
Applications are invited for appointment as Post-doctoral Fellow in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology (2 posts), to commence as soon as possible and not later than November 15, 2018 for three years.
Applicants should possess a Ph.D. degree in developmental biology, cell biology, molecular biology, medical/biological sciences, or a related discipline. Experience working with experimental animals such as mice is a must. Experience in mutant mouse models, germ cell development, human or murine stem cell culture, signal transduction, or ovarian/testicular development would be an advantage. Applicants should have a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative manner in a team. The appointees will work with a team on mammalian germ cell development using genetically modified mouse models and various cell and molecular biology methods. They will be expected to conduct patho-physiological, cell and molecular research in the general field of reproductive physiology and medicine.
