Lancashire School of Business and Enterprise is seeking to appoint a Lecturer in Strategic Management to deliver high quality learning and teaching outcomes on its growing portfolio of postgraduate and undergraduate programmes. The post holder will teach at all levels of the academic programmes, act as module tutor for a number of modules and develop relations with external stakeholders. The successful applicant will have teaching experience at undergraduate and postgraduate level within a higher education environment, specifically within management and related subjects. A PhD and a good honours degree are essential.
The successful applicant will have a flexible approach to learning and teaching, and the ability to engage with work based learning using technology with a willingness to work effectively with employers. An ability to supervise student dissertations and undertake research and/or knowledge transfer is essential. They should also possess significant learning and teaching experience and have experience of working as part of an academic team in the design and delivery of high quality learning and teaching materials.
