Salary: £35,838 to £38,812 pa inclusive of London Weighting Allowance

We are looking for a Systems Analyst to join our Business Analysis Team, within the Library Technology and Media Services department.

You will be responsible for championing the effective use of the Student Record System (SRS) including associated processes, enhancements and modifications. This will include a high standards delivery of the system maintenance and up-time.

You will work across all academic and administrative departments within the university. You will also be expected to project manage any SRS implementations and the realisation of business benefits.

You will have project management and multi-stakeholders planning experience as well as strong business and systems analysis skills. You will have experience in capturing business requirements and of implementing system improvements and enhancements. Knowledge of academic processes within a Higher Education environment would be desirable.

This is an exciting time for the University; our new £35m state-of-the art library has just opened and we are continuing to develop a number of external partnerships across the globe.

We have a strong emphasis on supporting our students to reach their full potential in order to launch themselves onto successful graduate careers and we are embarking on a radical programme of enhancement in learning and teaching across all our academic areas.

The University has a beautiful, vibrant parkland campus, is located in the heart of south-west London and offers excellent facilities for researching, learning, teaching and working. We are proud of our achievements as a Post 1992 University and continue to build upon them.
