The Faculty of Law invites applications for a

Full Professorship (W3) of Public and European Law (Chair)

commencing on April 1st 2020.

The successful candidate is expected to represent the fields of Public and European Law in research and teaching in their entirety. It is also expected that she/he will teach in Optional Area 9 (European and International Public Law). In order to ensure the coverage of the entire teaching program in that optional area, it is desirable that the successful candidate also possesses a qualification for teaching in the field of Public International Law.

Prerequisites for this position are a university degree, a doctoral degree or a comparable specific qualification, teaching skills at university level, excellent academic achievements and a productive and promising research program.
