Office Co-Ordinator and PA
The Academic Office is seeking to appoint an Office Co-ordinator and PA in the new central Recruitment and Admissions team.
This is a fixed term post to provide maternity cover.
Recruitment and Admissions is a new team bringing together professional services staff currently working in recruitment and admissions across the University into a central integrated team of 62 staff. It takes Durham University’s academic offer into the market, recruiting and converting future students and processing applications from both Home / EU and International applicants for all programmes, including decision making on Undergraduate and Postgraduate (Taught) programmes offered by the University.
Recruitment and Admissions also manages admissions to pre-sessional courses and supports Tier 4 student visa applications, as well as managing the University's recruitment and admissions CRM system and providing a centralised enquiries service to pre and post-application enquiries.
