We are looking for an efficient, proactive and customer-focused administrator to join our Continuing Professional Development Team (known as The Advantage). The Advantage Team are responsible for the provision of professional training and development, consultancy and personal interest courses for the University, which are delivered both on campus and for various organisations across the country. This role will undertake the administration procedures required to set up courses, and will provide administrative assistance to both internal and external staff and facilitators. In this role you will actively be involved in marketing and promoting courses, as well as the smooth running of preparation leading up to a course taking place. You will have a broad range of administrative experience, including dealing with enquiries and setting up and improving systems and processes. As well as having attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills, you will be customer-focused with a commitment to ensuring an excellent experience for students, delegates and external clients.

This is a fixed term post (up to 5 months) covering a period of maternity leave. The working hours are part time (18.5 hours per week) over 2.5 days. We are looking for candidates to start in the role from the beginning of December.
