As a department we are committed to developing and supporting our colleagues. This position could therefore also be a developmental role for a candidate who shows potential.  The starting salary for a developmental role would be £24,174 per annum and dependent on skills and experience.

An opportunity has arisen for a proactive and motivated individual to join our ICT Information Services team as a Information Services Developer.

This is a great opportunity for anybody from graduates onwards, workplace experience is not necessary but your willingness and passion to learn the required skills will see you thrive in this role.

In this role, your knowledge of the latest ICT technologies and experience of configuring and supporting business applications e.g. Finance, HR, CRM, Facilities Management will be key, as well as developing and supporting integrations between applications. Experience of Higher Education applications such as Teaching and Learning and Student Management Solutions would be an advantage, but not an essential requirement.

ICT staff work closely with other areas of the University by providing a great customer service that is responsive to a changing higher education environment, therefore your interpersonal and communication skills paired with your ability to deliver results within a given timescale makes you the ideal candidate for the role.
