We are now seeking to recruit an outstanding individual to join the Marketing Communications team of the Directorate of Communications and Recruitment. Within the CRM Team working as CRM Officer, you'll be a champion of CRM for the university. You’ll support the CRM Manager and Senior CRM Officers with planning, implementation and reporting on CRM activity to deliver against recruitment targets using high quality targeted communications. You will have experience of using CRM and marketing platforms to create and broadcast email and SMS campaigns and you’ll be comfortable managing and manipulating large data sets using excel. 

The role requires somebody with a mix of technical and creative skills, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal and team working skills.
