Senior Lecturer / Lecturer in Property / Construction Law

The Department of Architecture and Built Environment is seeking to appoint Property or Construction Law Lecturers to support the delivery of professionally accredited undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in Real Estate, Building Surveying and Quantity Surveying on either a permanent or  a 12 month fixed term basis. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and have the ability to communicate ideas of a complex or technical nature to students effectively using a variety of teaching methods.  Applicants with detailed knowledge of property or construction law through professional practice are invited to apply.  Teaching experience preferable but not essential.
