We are looking to appoint an Assistant Registrar, Academic Standards and Quality. There are two posts available, one full-time, one part time (0.8 FTE).
The Assistant Registrar is a key member of the Academic Standards and Quality team (ASQ) at Lancaster University.
ASQ have responsibility for developing and operating the various mechanisms by which the University assures the quality and supports the enhancement of its academic provision, including that delivered with its collaborative partners in the UK and internationally. The team has an important role to play in the design and delivery of proactive, innovative and flexible solutions that meet the demands of the new national regulatory regimes and support the achievement of the University’s objectives.
You will have demonstrable experience of working within a regulatory environment in higher education, together with an appreciation of the current issues relating to academic quality assurance and enhancement in UK higher education, and a strong commitment to the delivery of excellence through collaboration and innovation.
Interviews will take place on Friday 6 March 2020, at Lancaster University.
