The post holder will assist the TOUR leads and their research nurse with managing their research portfolio, specifically in the area of immune-oncology. The primary remit will be to screen patient lists, identify and consent patients, collect blood samples and follow-up data. The successful applicant will thus have the opportunity to contribute positively to a range of administrative activities relating to TOUR research portfolio, ensuring smooth running of the team. The post holder will contribute to the overall operational organisation of TOUR. Together with Dr Enting, the post holder will be the point of liaison for all researchers and clinicians involved in their immune-oncology research portfolio.
The successful applicant will collaborate closely with personnel at the Urology Centre and Oncology Department, Guy’s Hospital, to create a secure, comprehensive research platform for our urological cancer population.
This post will be offered on a fixed-term contract for 12 months.
This is a full-time post.
