£36,545 - £43,789 per annum (Senior Lecturer Salary Band)

About the Role

  • You will join an enthusiastic team who are passionate about the development and delivery of our equine programmes to the highest standards.
  • You will deliver across our expanding Equine Performance portfolio at undergraduate and postgraduate level, including developing student practical competencies. 
  • The role will entail lecturing and module leadership, year tutorship, and placement supervision in a variety of equine-related subject areas. The role could also include Programme Management.

About You

  • You will be a dynamic individual, capable of being part of the Higher Education Equine Department at Hartpury.
  • You will be actively involved with the equine industry and hold recognised industry qualifications/standing.
  • You will possess a post-graduate qualification, ideally doctorate level, in the field of Equine Science (or related subject areas).
  • Previous teaching experience and a teaching qualification would be desirable, although training will be available if someone had significant industry and or research backgrounds.
