Applications are invited for the post of Lecturer in Health Management in the Department for Strategy, International Business and Entrepreneurship, which is part of the School of Business and Management at Royal Holloway. The School has recently been accredited by AACSB International and is looking for individuals whose own values align with the key elements the School has been recognised for – its dedication to high quality research, excellent management education and a commitment to having a positive impact upon management policy and practice.
We wish to appoint a scholar, educated at doctoral level, with an emerging research and teaching profile, commensurate with the level applied for.
The successful candidate will convene, design and deliver courses at under- and postgraduate level, and is particularly expected to contribute to the development of a new MSc Management of Health Care Organisations. We are looking for an educator for our modules that are delivered on campus and in Singapore, online and face-to-face. The successful candidate will also contribute to our leading research in any one or more of the following school research centres or college challenge-led research catalysts:

In return we offer a highly competitive rewards and benefits package including generous annual leave, and training and development opportunities within a highly collegial environment in a department of 20+ academics. The post is based in Egham, Surrey where the College is situated in a beautiful, leafy campus near to Windsor Great Park and within commuting distance from London.
