If so, this role is an amazing opportunity to join the dynamic, lifecycle-orientated Widening Participation and Social Mobility department at the University of Southampton and contribute to our goals of social progress, an exceptional programme and ensuring people are at the centre of what we do. The University of Sanctuary Coordinator will be responsible for authoring the University’s bid to be a University of Sanctuary. They will also be responsible for coordinating events related to Sanctuary and a key member of the Sanctuary Working Group, providing coordination support as necessary. The successful candidate will have experience or working within widening participation or University of Sanctuary contexts, a good understanding of policy and practice across the sector, experience of project delivery and an understanding of the strategic importance of widening participation and Sanctuary work.
