Job Description

We are looking for a Research Engineer to work for a project on GaN semiconductor sensor devices and the integration, involving device simulation, modelling, fabrication, test and measurement. Background knowledge on semicondcutor devices is important.

Knowledge in using the simulation tool, such as Sentaurus TCAD simulator, ADS design tool etc, and experiences on laboratory test and measurement hands-on will be preferred. Cleanroom fabrication task may be necessary.

Qualifications

• Possess at least a recognised University BSc degree in electrical/electronic engineering
• Knowledge in using the simulation tool, such as Sentaurus TCAD simulator, ADS design tool etc, and experiences on laboratory test and measurement hands-on will be preferred. 
• Open to fixed-term contract
