About the Role

This role provides an opportunity for an early career researcher to undertake research and evaluation of programs and issues relating to nursing and allied health workforce. The research will be undertaken with and for health service partners to trial innovations in recruitment, retention and grow-your-own strategies.

Ideally, you will further have:

  • Knowledge of evidence and current research on rural workforce issues in Australia.
  • Experience of research related to rural nursing and/or allied health workforce.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of quantitative and/or qualitative methodologies and the ability to learn advanced research skills as required.
