As an Enterprise Fellow you will develop and manage enterprise activities ranging from executive education and CPD provision, to consulting, applied research or facilitating spin-outs for clients, customers and stakeholders. The option for a part-time role makes this an excellent fit alongside other activities, such as consultancy, in industry.

You will bring to the role a strong professional reputation in industry, a track record of consultancy activities and a proven ability to build networks in your industry. Experience of executive education would be a real advantage, but most important is your ability to engage and inspire students and colleagues alike. The Department of HR Management and Organisational Behaviour brings together internationally renowned academics with teaching and research interests in critical management & organisation studies, industrial relations, labour unions, leadership, ethics, CSR and sustainability, careers, alternative organising, and the future of work. Members of the department have published in top tier journals such as the Academy of Management Annals, British Journal of Management, Gender, Work & Organizations, Human Relations, Human Resource Management, Journal of Business Ethics, Journal of Management, Journal of Management Studies, Journal of Managerial Psychology, Journal of Vocational Behavior, Organization Studies, Organization and Work, Employment and Society. The department has a thriving undergraduate and postgraduate portfolio, which is built on the research strengths and focus of department staff.
