Executive Director - Learning
ICAS is a global professional body for Chartered Accountants. We educate, examine and lead, enabling excellence whilst always working for the wider public good. We’ve trained CAs since 1854, and in any given year thousands more students are working with us to achieve the chartered goal.
That abundance of educational expertise has founded an advanced business and accountancy syllabus that’s rich in heritage and ready to meet the challenges of the future. Our syllabus is structured to deliver the skills and knowledge to equip future leaders to succeed in business and beyond.
We are now looking for an exceptional candidate to join us as Executive Director – Learning. The Executive Director – Learning will oversee all aspects of the delivery, examination, and development of the CA qualification. You will be an inspirational leader who takes people with you, generating buy-in and belief in your vision of accountancy education. You will share our aspiration to build a suite of learning products that will ensure those studying with ICAS experience a flexible, innovative learning journey that ensures, when combined with our evolving syllabus, they are equipped to lead in the changing accounting profession of tomorrow. The successful candidate will have experience of senior leadership in higher education and an in-depth knowledge of recent developments within the accountancy and/or education sectors. An accountancy qualification is not required.
