Applications are invited for an appointment as Tenure-Track Professor/Associate Professor/Assistant Professor (several posts) in Organizational Behavior (OB) and Human Resources Management (HRM) in the Faculty of Business and Economics (Ref. 505769), to commence on July 1, 2022 or as soon as possible thereafter, on a three-year fixed-term basis with the possibility of renewal, or on tenured terms for exceptionally outstanding candidates.
Applicants should have a Ph.D. degree in OB or HRM, with the capability to conduct high-quality research and to teach courses in OB/HRM and related areas. The appointee is expected to publish in top-tier OB/HRM journals and teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses. Information about the Faculty can be obtained at http://www.fbe.hku.hk.
A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits. At current rates, salaries tax does not exceed 15% of gross income. The appointment will attract a contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totaling up to 15% of basic salary. Housing benefits will be provided as applicable.
