Tenure-Track Professor/Associate Professor/Assistant Professor in Business Analytics

Applications are invited for appointment as Tenure-Track Professor/Associate Professor/Assistant Professor (several posts) in Business Analytics in the Faculty of Business and Economics (Ref.: 504660), to commence on July 1, 2022 or as soon as possible thereafter, on a three-year fixed-term basis with the possibility of renewal, or on tenured terms for exceptionally outstanding candidates.

Applicants should have a Ph.D. degree in Information Systems, Operations Management, Statistics, Computer Science, or a closely related data-analytics discipline.  The Faculty is particularly interested in those who conduct high-quality scholarly research and are able to teach courses in business analytics, machine learning, FinTech, and related areas. Experience in teaching Master’s or MBA courses is desirable for candidates at the Associate Professor level. 

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.  At current rates, salaries tax does not exceed 15% of gross income.  The appointment will attract a contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totaling up to 15% of basic salary.  Housing benefits will be provided as applicable.
