UCB are recruiting an Academic Librarian on a maternity cover basis, to deliver excellent research support to our students, and to liaise with our academic staff regarding resource acquisition and selection.

The successful candidate will deliver research and referencing appointments on a virtual and face-to-face basis with students, supporting a diverse cohort ranging from Further Education to Postgraduates. They will deliver in-class library and research teaching and will be responsible for liaison with academics across a number of UCB departments.

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

A flexible approach to work is expected, as the service may require the post-holder to work occasional evenings and weekends.
